A Study on Self-Discovery and Treatment Process through Bibliodrama -The Case of Christian Youth Experiencing Family Conflict-

Abstract
This study intended to develop substantive theory for workers treating and recovering youth by researching deeply the process of self-discovery and treatment while christian youth experiencing family conflict participate in Bibliodrama, through the grounded theory which is one of qualitative studies. For the study, 10-times Bibliodrama program was progressed for 3 days under the object of 8 christian youth experiencing famiy conflict and collected materials were qualitatively analyzed by the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin(2009). The materials were collected by video-recording and radio-recording interview contents, process of Bibliodrama program and statement after the program. Based on the analysis frame suggested by Strauss and Corbin, theoretical sensitivity was maintained and it was applied by open coding through the continuous comparison. As the result of open coding, total 200 concepts were organized, 36 sub-ranges and 15 ranges were drawn by abstracting them and model was organized by the grounded theory.
